This Amazing Opportunity is located among the beauty of green jungle-mountains rising above clear blue waters.  It consists of a Newly Constructed Marina and Lodge that includes an Open-Air Waterfront Restaurant with seating for 30, a State of the Art Stainless Steel Kitchen and Large Bar with seating for 14.  The Lounge area in the center of the building features ceiling murals painted by local artists, Large Screen Projectable TV, and a Pool Table.  The Hotel has Six Oversized Luxury Rooms, all with Huge Picture Windows overlooking a Bay.  All rooms include Air Conditioning, Satellite TV, and all Furnishings, Doors and Headboards are Constructed and Hand Carved with Local Exotic Woods.  Other features of the Lodge include a Laundry Facility, Office, and small Internet Cafe 

The Marina, which is the county’s first licensed Tourism Pier, is a newly constructed 24 slip Marina, which has plans to expand to 48.  It is capable of taking Yachts up to 25ft. beam, while each slip has a 6’x 42’ long finger.  The Marina is fully equipped with 12 State of the Art Pedestals that have Lighting, Water, Power, Cable and Phone connections.  Each Pedestal has 200 AMPS of output for two Yachts.   Dockage Rates are approximately $1.00 per ft. per day, or by the month: $0.60 per ft. per day.

The Marina is constructed with Steel-Framed Docks, Concrete Decks, and has a Roof for shade during the day and equipped with lights for night.   The entire Hotel is fully titled with all the required Legal Permits to operate a World-Class Sport fishing Service.  Also included is the option to buy the adjoining 56 meters of ocean frontage, which would include the entire water concession for the marina.  Other on-site Business/Recreation options could include Crocodile Kayak Tours, Horseback and Hiking Tours, and Waterfall and Eco-Tours.
