The Restaurant possesses a Kitchen of gas industrial type of four burners, it contains a big iron in iron, bell extractor of gases of stainless steel, a medium refrigerator, a big electric fryer with voltage 220, a small freezer, a small microwaves, plates in different ways and sizes for 80 people, a factory of ice mark Scotman for 400 pounds, the walls of the Kitchen are veneered in white tile up to the 2m of height.
