The developing partners

 

Ing. Jean Schiettekatte

With over 15 years of project development in Latin America, Mr. Schiettekatte is a professional engineer from the Polytechnique School of Montreal that is currently completing the development a high-end residential project in the western part of San Jose.  In Costa Rica he was involved in successfully completed construction project totaling over 30 M$USD.  He has lived in the Tamarindo area for the last 5 years, being involved in the development of energy project.  He teaches at the master program of the architecture school of the University of Costa Rica.  He will coordinate the project development and sale team.

 

Lic. Christian Diaz

Representative of the Costa Rica Chamber of Real Estate for the area of Tamarindo, Mr. Diaz is a lawyer speciliazed in the real estate and conflict resolution law.  He currently teaches at one of the law program the University of Costa Rica and is coordination the conflict resolution center of the College of Professional Engineer and Architects of Costa Rica.  He will coordinate all the legal aspect of the project and coordinate sales with various real estate agents that he represents in the area.

 

Hans-Peter Mustad

As a retired professional photographer and investor in Costa Rica, Hans-Peter Mustad lives in the Tamarindo area for the last 5 years.  He is well known in the local community and as realized various successful investment in the area.  He will supervise the relation with the investors and assist the sales team.
